Do you need to contact the school during the Christmas holiday?
DO CONTACT US immediately if your child has tested positive for COVID and the symptoms began on or before Saturday 19th December using the email:
trackandtrace@hanleycastlehs.org.uk
The symptom start date is important, not the date of the test. The school will then operate our track and trace process for any close contacts, as requested by the Government.
DO NOT CONTACT US if your child has tested positive for COVID but the symptoms began AFTER Saturday 19th December. Public Heath England will identify out-of-school contacts in the normal way.
