Joint UK and Tanzania British Council Conference

On 20th June, Hanley Castle hosted a conference supported by the British Council's Connecting Classrooms project.

The delegates attending comprised 28 teachers from six UK primary schools, Hanley Castle High School and The Chase High School as well as representatives from six Tanzanian primary schools and British Council delegates from the UK and Tanzania.

The conference enabled discussions about global learning projects based on climate change and how this affects both the UK and Tanzania.

Thank you to all those who attended and took part.
