There is a Staff SEN Champion in every department/faculty. They meet every term with Miss Wright (SENCO) to reviews and contribute towards the development of SEN provision at Hanley Castle High School. They discuss, share, trial and implement ideas, ensuring a consistent approach toward supporting SEN/D across all departments and faculties.
