Return of Hanley Voices

As you may have seen on the news on Monday 13th September, choirs are now getting back to live rehearsals up and down the country. We are welcoming Hanley Voices back for their first live rehearsal in school for over 18 months on Wednesday 15th September.

I therefore thought it was appropriate to publish an invite to students, ex students, parents and teachers to consider joining the choir.

Hanley Voices continue to rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the main school hall. There is an open invite to students (from Yr 10 and above), ex students, parents and teachers to join the choir.

Hanley Voices is an un-auditioned choir who sing pieces in a variety of different styles. In short, all that is required is a voice that can hold a tune and a desire to be part of a collective group who revel in the joy of community singing. Go on, give it a try. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings in the school hall between 6.15pm and 7.45pm.

Hope to see you there!

James Felton
Head of Music
