Sporting Success

Cross Country

10 Hanley Castle students were selected to represent Malvern Hills District in the County Cross Country Championship on Saturday 1st February at Top Barn, near Worcester.  There were some amazing performances, but particular congratulations go to Harry Long who came 6th out of 57 runners and has therefore been selected to run in the National Championships in Liverpool in March.

Football Festival

On Thursday last week, Nunnery Wood hosted a Football Festival designed to encourage more girls into the sport.  We took two teams; our A team producing some particularly brilliant results.

Congratulations to all those who took part!
